Enzo dowEl COUNTER STOOL

As part of the ENZO furniture series, the ENZO Stool is designed to utilize off-the-shelf dowel components of standard sizes that can be found at most local hardware stores and custom 3d printed joinery that is available open-source for easy production by anyone with access to a printer.

In the same spirit of Enzo Mari’s open source furniture project Autopropogettazione, this democratizing method for furniture creation and distribution eliminates unsustainable shipping and promotes local fabrication all the while broadening access to clean modern furniture at a fraction of the cost.

Wood finished using “soaping method” perfected by the mid-century danish furniture makers for a smooth matte finish.

Free open-source print files can be located here.
