Interior restaurant design and build-out for a quickly nationalizing fast casual mediterranean restaurant startup. The design utilizes a refined raw material palette of hickory, douglas fir, concrete, and blackened steel to create an warm and inviting modern interior that echos the raw authenticity of the ingredients while dramatic angles and lighting add a playful dynamic flow to the space.
